Automotive

The automotive industry is driven by complex cross-border supply chains and high-value transactions, but it also brings legal risk—from merger control and market investigations to distribution disputes and debt recovery. For decades, we have advised major automotive groups on strategic approvals, joint ventures, and disputes in Ukraine.

Ukraine’s automotive sector is shaped by complex regulatory and competition requirements, cross-border supply chains, distribution models, and high-value strategic transactions. Market entry, expansion, and restructuring often depend on obtaining the right approvals, aligning contractual frameworks with local rules, and managing enforcement risk.

Koziakov & Partners supports international and domestic automotive businesses across the full lifecycle of their operations in Ukraine – from merger control and joint ventures to trade and regulatory matters, commercial contracting, and dispute resolution. Our strength lies in combining competition expertise with transaction support and litigation & arbitration capability – so that projects remain executable, compliant, and protected.
